FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

IS MY PRACTICE AND PATIENT INFORMATION SECURE?

Yes. Having worked within dentistry for many years, we have had vigorous training in data security, GDPR, and patient confidentiality.

We are committed to the duty of care owed to clients in the safe handling and storage of data including patient information.

Measures in place:

  • A GDPR compliant data protection policy

  • ICO registration

  • Two-factor authentication and secure passwords

  • Professional anti-virus software

  • Data back-up and disaster recovery

  • Professional indemnity insurance covering clients for confidential information breaches

  • Cyber liability insurance.

WHAT ARE THE FEES?

Once we have discussed the required type of core tasks that are required, fees can be set accordingly.

A personal, bespoke service is offered which is designed to meet the needs of each individual practice.

Bookings can be on an ad-hoc, daily or retainer basis and are all scheduled in advance.

Retainers and day bookings are more cost effective than ad-hoc rates and we work with you to find a retainer package that suits your needs.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN EXTRAS?

Our rates include time spent on the desired tasks, liaising with the practice by telephone, email or virtual video meetings including initial briefings.

A one-off setup fee is required to reserve and hold your hours, for onboarding meetings and information gathering time so we are ready to start on a requested date.

Progress reports are communicated as often as required by the client. Timesheet reports are detailed with tasks and length of time spent on each task.

Any additional specific costs incurred such as printing, stationery and postage will be recharged separately at cost price.

WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

We work during standard UK business hours, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, although you are of course free to email or Whatsapp us 24 hours a day. If you need work being completed outside of these hours, then please let us know.

We observe all bank holidays in England and Wales.
