Katey Read, Founder.
Katey’s dental career began in 2005 as a dental nurse. Soon after gaining her dental nursing qualification she was approached by the practice owner and asked to take on the role of practice manager.
Katey acquired a wealth of expertise in the ever-changing industry, with a full range of knowledge in compliance, recruitment, marketing, and finance.
Katey also worked as a new business and patient care coordinator for a large private dental and aesthetics practice with various specialists and therapists.
Katey regularly attends courses, webinars and reads books, gaining new insights and knowledge.
In her spare time, she enjoys taking her two energetic boys on adventures and is an avid Zumba and Kangoo participant!
Natasha Bevan, Virtual Practice Manager and PCC.
Natasha, originally from South Africa, obtained her diploma in Business Management in Greenwich and soon after moved from the corporate banking world into dentistry where she managed a private dental practice and obtained her diploma in Dental Practice Management in 2012.
Natasha’s passion is compliance. She loves to organise everything and have everything in its rightful place.
Her love and experience in management and compliance over the years has helped many practices with their CQC compliance and systems implementation.
Natasha has a dual role utilising her skills in patient care coordination and also her fantastic organisation qualities with our practice management clients.
Outside of TDVA, Natasha has three energetic boys, loves to bake and talk teeth with her dentist husband.
Leanne Thompson RDN, Virtual Patient Care Coordinator.
Leanne qualified as a dental nurse in 2007. She then attended Manchester Metropolitan University to study Dental Technology and qualified as a dental technician in 2011.
Upon finishing her degree, she returned to dental nursing and worked as a treatment coordinator at an orthodontic practice.
Leanne then spent nine years at a specialist dental practice gaining further experience as a dental nurse and treatment coordinator for the specialist prosthodontists, endodontists, periodontists, orthodontists and implant dentists. She also worked as a dental nurse for the IMOS referred patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son and going on regular country walks with her dogs. Leanne enjoys figure drawing and is a keen watercolourist.
